Where should the sidebar go?
Left, right or both?

I personally like there only being 1 sidebar, on the right. It looke too packed otherwise.

The things that I think it should contain on the left is top posters, latest posts, the poll, statistics, seach and pieces of news.

I don't really think navigation is needed (it is at the top anyway), neither is calendar (everyone should know the dat) and nether is the Rss feeds (they aren't really newspaper related).
